Indeed, after more than twenty-four hours from leaving our cozy home we arrived at our overnight stay in Amsterdam. There we received an "orientation" to Amsterdam from our host.
After a reasonably decent night's sleep we took the tram through the city to a tiny spot near the Central station where we picked up our van. We met René who gave us a two hour lesson on driving campers in Europe.
We walked the area purchasing a few little items to make our stay in the van a bit more comfortable and by 14:00, were ready to travel.
