After the War, Dad got a variety of jobs as a social worker with the Jewish Centers Association and other, similar agencies. These got us from Springfield, MA to Akron, OH, and then to Los Angeles, CA (mostly doing administrative work with adult education).

Dad was truly an "independent scholar" who studied and wrote about a wide variety of subjects.
