We take a picture of ourselves almost every day. This is the easiest way to get a simple narrative of our experience.
We arrived home safely and on time.
Rabbis Deborah Prinz and Mark Hurvitz traveled in Europe from March 9 through May 18.
Dad used to tell us and others, when asked long ago if he'd been to Europe that,
yes,
he'd had an all expenses paid tour of Europe...
dressed in green.
We, however, will be driving around in a VW WESTFALIA (that sleeps two and has a mini kitchen).

More to come?
We see many things on our travels, about which we comment.
We don't consider our comments to be authoritative.
We recall the lesson of "The Blind Men and The Elephant".
I've noticed that a variety of stories have developed as we continue. There was, of course, the initial "Visit the Small WUPJ Jewish Communities", but since then we've seen other stories emerge. I've been collecting thoughts and photos for these to post at some time in the future. Among them:
We have been in touch with a number of small World Union for Progressive Judaism congregations. From our communications we have heard from five small liberal congregations that requested we visit (to lead services and/or teach):
We know where we expect to be on various Shabbatot.
We will update this page periodically as our trip progresses
Most of you won't click every day to check if there's something new, and soon you'll forget that you intend to do so. So (again, thanks to Jay) the next best thing is ...
Feedwhip
If you click over to them, you can ask them to keep a tab on the site, and they'll e-mail you when they notice that something has changed on the site.
It's a very simple process - takes about a minute - and we can let the computer do the work of checking of something new is on the site for us.
