Rosh HaNikra (grottoes and Kibbutz); Zippori (Mona Lisa of the Galilee); Safed. Overnight in Kibbutz Nof Ginnosar.
We went to Rosh HaNikra which was an underground grotto by the Lebanon border which was discovered by the British when they were digging tunnels for their train system. The only thing stopping the ocean from eating away at the chalk cliffs is the sandstone. We went down to the cliffs from the top of the mountain on cable cars. We went through the caves. It was dark and the floor was slippery.
Then we went to Zippori where we saw a fortress, a city a movie and a giant mosaic with an unknown woman on it.
Then we went to Har Halutz where the lady in charge showed us around and explained how the place worked and answered our questions. Then we had Shabbat services and then checked in at the hotel at Nof Ginnosar.
